Our Services

Therapy via telehealth in Arizona, Illinois, Michigan, & Utah

Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), we focus on building psychological flexibility: the ability to face discomfort, make space for difficult thoughts, and take meaningful action—even when anxiety shows up.

Whether you're dealing with intrusive thoughts, chronic worry, or fear of uncertainty, our work together can help you move from struggle to strength—with compassion, clarity, and purpose.

We are also trained in Inference Based Cognitive Behavior (I-CBT) Therapy and is available upon request.

Step 1: Phone Consult & Scheduling

Fill out our contact form, and we will be in touch within 24 hours to schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation.

If we both feel it is a good fit during the consultation, we can get you scheduled during the call.

Step 2: Intake Session

Prior to the intake session, you will fill out our intake paperwork and assessments through our easy to use Therapy Portal.

The intake session is our first step together. It's a welcoming, structured conversation where we explore what’s bringing you to therapy, including your experiences with anxiety, OCD, or related concerns. We'll talk about your goals, what’s been getting in the way, and what matters most to you — the things you want to move toward.

Step 3: Therapy

In ongoing therapy, we’ll work together to help you build a different relationship with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and discomfort — one rooted in acceptance, flexibility, and self-compassion. Sessions are active, collaborative, and focused on helping you move toward what matters most in your life.

We’ll use evidence-based tools, to help you notice patterns, practice new responses, and take meaningful steps aligned with your values. Over time, therapy becomes a space not just for coping, but for creating lasting change and deeper self-understanding.
