Who we are
At Lunara, we specialize in treating anxiety related disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) through an evidence-based, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) lens. Our work focuses on helping you change your relationship with intrusive thoughts, uncomfortable emotions, and uncertainty—so you can stop struggling and start living a life guided by your values.
Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety or get rid of unwanted thoughts, we help you develop psychological flexibility: the ability to stay present, make room for discomfort, and take meaningful action—even when your mind tells you not to.
We work with teens and adults experiencing:
Generalized anxiety and chronic worry
Panic attacks and health anxiety
Social anxiety and fear of judgment
OCD (please note we are experienced in treating all subtypes)
Perinatal and Postpartum mental health
Perfectionism, over-control, and fear of uncertainty
We also work with those struggling to finding meaning and direction within their life. If you find yourself feeling “stuck” often, we may be the right fit for you!
Therapy is available via a secure telehealth platform for teens & adults in Arizona, Illinois, Michigan & Utah.
Seeking compassionate, modern care that goes beyond symptom management. If you're ready to stop fighting your mind and start building a meaningful life—we’re here to help.
Using ACT and Exposure Response Prevention our goal is to help you:
Loosen the grip of anxiety and learn to resist compulsions
Respond to thoughts with openness instead of avoidance
Reconnect with what truly matters to you
Move forward in your life—even when it’s uncomfortable
